FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ENVIVE Launches Annual Training Program for Behavioral Health Professionals in Comprehensive Community Support Services Programs

Albuquerque, New Mexico – August 21, 2025

ENVIVE is excited to announce its new Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) Annual Training Curriculum. This comprehensive training program, which runs from July 2025 through June 2026, consists of 12 live and online courses that cover a range of topics relevant to standards set by New Mexico’s Medicaid Administrative Code (NMAC) 8.321.2 and the New Mexico Credentialing Board for Behavioral Health Professionals (NMCBBHP). This ensures the training program aligns with required licensure and skill development categories for behavioral health professionals in New Mexico.

The CCSS live Zoom courses are designed to strengthen essential direct service-delivery skills in read-world settings. The course topics are:

  • Reflect, Relate, Repair: Building Relational Integrity in Complex Work

  • Calm in the Storm: De-Escalation and Boundary Techniques for Community Support Workers

  • Resilient Leadership: A Supervisor’s Guide to Burnout Prevention

  • Keys to Home and Healing: Leveraging Housing as a Recovery Multiplier for CCSS Professionals

  • Feeling Your Way Forward: Resilience in the Face of Setbacks

  • Voices that Heal: Transforming Bilingual Communication into Connection in Recovery Work

  • More Than Words: Upholding Culture, Language, and Justice in Client Care

  • Beyond the Diagnosis: Practical Tools for Engaging Neurodivergent Clients in Behavioral Health

  • Healing-Centered Leadership: Building Supportive and Inclusive Teams

  • Whole-Person Recovery: Understanding and Responding to Co-Occuring Disorders

  • No Neutral Moments: Showing Up with Equity in Practice

  • Anchored Together: Collective Resilience in the Wake of Challenging Work

In addition, CCSS will offer two online courses, which will allow behavioral health professionals to receive key competency training at a time that fits their schedules. ENVIVE will integrate closed captioning, American Sign Language, and Spanish translations into these modules. The online courses are:

  • Pathways Forward: Building Sustainable, Community-Connected Discharge Plans

  • Building Daily Wellness Routines and Supporting Medication Management

“The CCSS curriculum aims to increase the knowledge and cultural competency skills of behavioral health professionals, such as CSWs, CPSWs, CHWs, and behavior management services workers,” said Lisa K. Jackson, Founder and CEO of ENVIVE. “As a result of this training, behavioral health professionals can sharpen their clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.”
