ENVIVE to Continue Organizational Development & Optimization 4.0 to Support New Mexico Behavioral Health Providers
Albuquerque, New Mexico – July 13, 2026
ENVIVE Solutions, Inc., a strategic consultant that improves how behavioral health systems operate, is pleased to continue Organizational Development & Optimization (ODO) 4.0, a statewide initiative designed to strengthen leadership, operations, workforce sustainability, and implementation capacity across New Mexico’s behavioral health provider network.
Funded by the New Mexico Health Care Authority, Behavioral Health Services Division, ODO 4.0 will continue supporting behavioral health organizations from August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
ODO 4.0 builds on prior years of organizational development support while refining the program to focus on technical assistance and leadership coaching. The new model is designed to help behavioral health leaders clarify priorities, strengthen supervision and communication practices, improve operational decision-making, and identify practical next steps within their organizations.
Participants can expect structured intake and readiness screening, individualized coaching or consultation, regular communication, practical guidance, and support from ENVIVE’s multidisciplinary team of behavioral health systems, leadership, operations, project management, and workforce development consultants.
