Medicaid Optimization Pilot
The New Mexico Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD) collaborated with ENVIVE to launch a Medicaid Optimization pilot program to support rural behavioral health providers and tribal communities in optimizing Medicaid billing. ENVIVE provided eight organizations with process analysis, coaching, and technical support.

13-County Poverty Alleviation Plan
ENVIVE supported the planning phase of a 13-county, multi-agency initiative seeking a multi-year, multi-million-dollar state grant. Led by the Upper Cumberland (Tennessee) Regional Human Resources Department, the initiative will provide resources to lift children and families of the Upper Cumberland out of generational poverty.

New Mexico Behavioral Health Workforce Development
To meet the increasing demand for quality behavioral health providers, the BHSD and the New Mexico Department of Health Office of Community Health Workers contracted with us to provide customized training programs, one-on-one support, and technical assistance to behavioral health organizations and their executive leadership.

Statewide Behavioral Health Organizational Development & Optimization (ODO)
Launched as a pilot with the New Mexico Behavioral Health Services Division, this initiative established a statewide, system-level approach to strengthening leadership, operations, and workforce sustainability. By improving clarity, coordination, and follow-through, ODO has evolved into an ongoing systems improvement program supporting behavioral health organizations across New Mexico.
