Program Description:​

​In today’s demanding Behavioral Health landscape, leadership is about inspiring teams to thrive. This four-part series equips leaders, managers, and supervisors with practical tools to enhance productivity, build trust, improve communication, and future-proof their teams. Each session offers actionable strategies to tackle burnout, strengthen team culture, and drive lasting success. Walk away with clear steps to transform your leadership and workplace into a hub of growth and resilience.

Learning Objectives:

  • Analyze daily routines and leadership rhythms to identify opportunities for increased productivity and presence using the 5 Gears framework.

  • Apply strategies for building trust and influence within teams using the principles of the Influence Model.

  • Demonstrate effective communication techniques by aligning messages with team dynamics through the Communication Code.

  • Create actionable development plans that document role responsibilities, enable cross-training, and ensure organizational resilience using the Development Square.​​

March 4th - Presence Over Chaos: The Art of Being Productive and Intentional

In a demanding workplace, it’s easy to feel pulled in every direction. This session introduces the 5 Gears framework to help leaders maximize their time and focus while staying present for their teams. Discover how intentional time blocking and self-awareness can transform productivity and relationships, creating a sense of balance amid the chaos.

April 1st - The Currency of Trust: Building Influence That Matters

Trust and influence are the bedrock of effective leadership. Using the Influence Model, this session dives into practical ways to build credibility, reliability, and connection within your team. Learn how to create a culture of trust that inspires loyalty, collaboration, and sustainable success.

 

May 6th - Tuning Communication: Expressing Clarity and Intention as a Leader

Great leaders are great communicators. This session explores the Communication Code and the dynamics of Present vs. Future-oriented voices to help leaders navigate conversations with clarity and intention. Learn how to align your message with your team’s needs and inspire action through connection.

 

June 3rd - Future-Proof Your Team: Developing People and Planning for What’s Next

Leadership is about empowering others to grow and succeed. In this session, leaders will explore the Development Square and learn strategies for documenting roles, cross-training, and planning for the unexpected. Whether preparing for growth or the unforeseen, this session ensures your team thrives no matter the challenge.

Disclosures:
This series is funded by the Health Care Authority (HCA) and offers CEUs for New Mexico-based behavioral health professionals. The series is available via Zoom, ensuring anyone in the state can easily attend. Spanish and ASL interpretation is available upon request at the time of registration. Must confirm request ten (10) days prior to the training. This series is approved by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board to award up to 6.0 Live CEUs. Provider License No. CTB-2022-0245. Expires 09/30/2025.
