Overdose Fatality Review (OFR)

The OFR Lunch & Learn is a space for professionals to connect, share, and learn. Each session focuses on a key aspect of OFR work, creating space for honest conversation, practical problem-solving, and peer connection. It’s a working conversation.

Practitioners from across the country come together to share real-world experiences, navigate common challenges, and strengthen OFR practice through shared insight.
