Description:
This continuing education series is designed for behavioral health professionals seeking to enhance their skills and maintain certification only. While especially relevant for Community Support Workers, it also benefits Therapists, Counselors, Social Workers, and Certified Behavioral Health Professionals.

Monthly live workshops cover practical topics including the psychosocial needs of clients, treatment engagement and planning, justice, equity, and belonging, supporting LGBTQIA+ children and youth, deescalation, resiliency, empowerment, ethics, and professionalism—equipping participants to better serve their communities and support their own well-being.
Accessibility:
All live trainings will provide Closed Captioning and Spanish language interpretation. ASL interpreters are available upon request at the time of registration. Please submit requests via registration at least 10 days before the workshop. All trainings will meet 508 compliance standards.

Esta serie de educación continua está diseñada para profesionales de salud conductual que desean fortalecer sus habilidades y mantener sus certificaciones. Aunque es especialmente relevante para quienes brindan servicios de apoyo comunitario, también beneficia a terapeutas, consejeros, trabajadores sociales y profesionales certificados en salud conductual.

Los talleres mensuales en vivo abordan temas prácticos, entre ellos las necesidades psicosociales de las personas que reciben servicios, la participación en el tratamiento y su planificación, la justicia, la equidad y el sentido de pertenencia, el apoyo a la niñez y a la juventud LGBTQIA+, el desescalamiento, la resiliencia, el empoderamiento, la ética y el profesionalismo. Estos talleres brindan a las personas participantes herramientas para servir mejor a sus comunidades y cuidar su propio bienestar.
Accesibilidad:
Subtítulos y traducción simultánea al español disponibles para todos los talleres en vivo. Las presentaciones cumplen con los estándares de accesibilidad 508. Interpretación en lengua de señas americana (ASL) disponible si se solicita. Por favor, envíe su solicitud al momento de registrarse, al menos 10 días antes del taller.
