What is XCore?
XCore is a 10-month leadership experience designed to help good leaders become great. Grow alongside a small cohort of peers, learning practical tools for communication, influence, trust-building, and personal effectiveness—using the proven leadership tools from GiANT Worldwide.
Are You Ready to Grow as a Leader?
This experience is designed for you if you are:

A senior leader or director in a New Mexico Medicaid-enrolled behavioral health organization

Ready to grow and strengthen your leadership

Open to peer learning, feedback, and action

Seeking a structured, meaningful development experience

Able to attend monthly sessions

Due to the success of the XCore program, we have received many applications this year. We have reached our capacity and need to close the application process earlier than our initial deadline of August 15.
What You Can Expect

Cohort A Meets the first Wednesday of each month

Cohort B Meets the third Tuesday of each month

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Jason Burnett is a certified GiANT Guide, leader, communicator, and strategist passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. With expertise in conflict resolution, management, coaching, and organizational behavior, he uses proven GiANT tools to strengthen leadership, communication, and team performance.
Made possible through funding from the New Mexico Health Care Authority, this program is tailored for senior leaders working in behavioral health across New Mexico.
