What is XCore?
XCore is a 10-month leadership experience designed to help good leaders become great. Grow alongside a small cohort of peers, learning practical tools for communication, influence, trust-building, and personal effectiveness—using the proven leadership tools from GiANT Worldwide.

With expertise in conflict resolution, management, coaching, and organizational behavior, he uses proven GiANT tools to strengthen leadership, communication, and team performance.
