Service Description

Coaching and Consultation is available to New Mexico Behavioral Health Professionals in leadership roles. The purpose of coaching/consultation is to support organizations to identify and address barriers/challenges that may limit their ability to reach leadership and organizational goals. May be used to work through strategic planning and project management issues. Initial meetings are scheduled in 1/2 hour increments. The purpose of the first meeting is to learn about your organizations' needs and discuss next steps. Future consulting appointments will be scheduled directly with ENVIVE staff. Questions?
