Overdose Fatality Review Implementation
Program.

Turning Overdose Review Into Coordinated Prevention Action
Overdose Fatality Review, or OFR, brings multidisciplinary partners together to review overdose deaths, identify missed opportunities, and develop recommendations to prevent future deaths. ENVIVE helps public agencies, overdose prevention programs, behavioral health systems, and cross-sector partners design, implement, and sustain OFR processes through coordination, facilitation, documentation, recommendation tracking, and implementation support.
OFR Implementation Model
ENVIVE supports OFR implementation through a structured, action-oriented process. Core supports may include:

Session Coordination and Facilitation
Planning and facilitation of OFR sessions that support respectful review, shared understanding, systems analysis, and recommendation development.
