Practical Leadership Development for Behavioral Health Leaders
XCore is a cohort-based leadership development program designed for behavioral health leaders. Each cohort supports up to 10 leaders and helps participants strengthen self-awareness, communication, decision-making, supervision, team alignment, and practical leadership
Leadership Cohort Model
XCore can be delivered in several formats based on the needs of the organization, network, or participating leaders. XCore uses GiANT Worldwide curriculum and tools adapted for behavioral health organizations, teams, and systems.
Organizational Cohort
For leaders within one organization, including executive leaders, managers, supervisors, program leads, or cross-department teams.
Network Cohort
For leaders across a provider network, association, managed care network, public agency initiative, or system of care.
Multi-Organization Cohort
For individual leaders from multiple organizations who want structured leadership development and peer learning.
