Building Provider Capacity Across Behavioral Health Networks

Organizational Development & Optimization, or ODO, is a 12-month capacity-building program that helps behavioral health provider networks strengthen leadership, operations, workforce stability, and system alignment across participating organizations.

Provider Network Capacity-Building Model

ODO strengthens leadership and operational capacity across participating provider organizations through three core program components:

Organizational Coaching
Practical coaching for provider leaders focused on supervision, workforce, operations, HR, workflow, communication, and business decision-making.

XCore Leadership Cohort
A 10-month leadership cohort that supports peer learning, practical tools, applied practice, and shared problem-solving.

Leadership Training Series
Four focused trainings that build shared leadership language, expectations, and practices across the network.

Multi-Year Engagements

ENVIVE reviews each program year and refines the next cycle based on participation, provider needs, network priorities, and system-level findings.
