5 Voices is a team development experience for behavioral health organizations, leadership teams, provider networks, and cross-functional teams. Using the GiANT Worldwide 5 Voices framework, the program helps teams improve communication, collaboration, trust, and working relationships through a shared understanding of how people lead and work together.
Team Development Model
5 Voices is designed as a practical team development experience that combines assessment, facilitated discussion, and applied learning.
The model helps teams identify communication patterns, leadership tendencies, collaboration strengths, and common sources of misunderstanding. Sessions are designed to be accessible, interactive, and directly connected to the team’s real work.
5 Voices can be delivered as a standalone team workshop, leadership retreat, network training, or expanded team development series.
